At BOBOT, we want to make sure you have the perfect product for your space. If your product is not the right fit, we are here to help.
BOBOT can only accept returns on items purchased at www.bobot.com.

Canceling/Changing Orders
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us right away via support. We know our customers want their products as fast as possible, so we optimize our order processing time. Unfortunately, that often means we cannot cancel or change an order. Otherwise, please see our Return Policy below to learn how you can make a free return once you've received your order.

All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all accessories to ensure full credit.

bobot.com Return Policy
You can try a product for 60 days. If you are not completely satisfied, simply return it to us within 60 days from the date of shipment. We will refund your purchase price upon return of the product. Gift-wrapping and shipping charges are not refundable. If your product was damaged during shipping, please contact our Customer Care Department immediately.

Accessories:
We will fully refund the purchase price for unopened accessory items. In the case of the Wet and dry Floor Washer, we will issue a refund for unopened bottles only.

Gift with Purchase:
To receive a refund for a returned item that included a gift with purchase, you must return the gift along with the original item. If you decide to keep the gift item, you will be assessed the full retail value. We want you to be completely satisfied with your BOBOT purchase.

Additional return information:
All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all accessories to ensure full credit. We will not accept C.O.D. or third-party billing for returned merchandise. You will receive a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 5-7 days of BOBOT receiving the returned product.

To Return a Product
Pack the product securely in the original package, if possible. If you have it, enclose the bottom portion of the original packing slip with the product (which includes the return form). Be sure to keep the top portion of the packing slip for your records. If you cannot send your packing slip, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the product. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally purchased within -on average- 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact a Customer Care Representative within 30 days of delivery.

 

Warranties

 

BOBOT Manufacturer Warranty

BOBOT offers a limited manufacturer’s warranty. If you’d like to know what’s covered, head over to this page for more information. Failure to register your product will not diminish your warranty rights.


Protection Plans: Protect and Protect+
BOBOT offers Protect and Protect+, which can cover your products beyond their manufacturer warranties (for up to three additional years, depending on the chosen plan). We’ll repair your robot or send you a replacement robot/base/battery at no charge if, at any time during the coverage period, your robot has a mechanical or electrical breakdown.  Protect+ goes even further and provides coverage for accidental damage. Shipping Methods and Costs.
Depending on the product(s) you purchase on bobot.com and the location to which the products will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.

At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your product(s). (Please note that some products may offer only one shipping method.) Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order, the destination of your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are based on the weight of the total order. An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount and therefore your total shipping and handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual ship charges appearing in your cart. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout.

Generally, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Second Day, or Overnight service.). EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
