Ecommerce Specialist
Manage and create product listings, product advertisements on e-commerce platforms like eBay, Amazon, and others in Europe, and USA.
Key Responsibilities
  • Create AA brand pages/stores (working with clients to collect images and set up pages within SuiteCommerce/Amazon templates)
  • Build enhanced content pages (A+ content) that showcase competitive differentiation and cross-promotion.
  • Help execute marketing promotions, online coupons, promo codes, etc.
  • Report back on key promotional metrics with clients.
  • Create best-in-class eBay, Amazon catalog pages with a focus on SEO (titles, bullet points, product description, hidden keywords)
  • Manage the entire inventory records, and order fulfillment process with 100% detail and accuracy.
  • Liaise with the stock controllers and maintain product inventory and returns.
  • Updating Product Data/ Specifications/ Images/ Pricing Discount.
  • Create a Monthly VAT/ GST spreadsheet and email this to the company accountant.
  • Research and update product keywords, creatives on the site.
  • Execute ad campaigns on Site - Sponsored brands, products, and display, affiliates etc.
  • 1+ years experience in at least some of the following areas (willing to train in areas to fill gaps):eCommerce channels, especially ebay, Amazon.
  • Marketing (online advertising experience a plus)
  • Demonstrated experience as an effective team member with strong communications skills, reliability/integrity/maturity, and the ability to self-start.
  • Must be comfortable with the learning curve/constant change that comes with operating in a fast-moving, ever-changing Amazon.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred but not required if other skills can be demonstrated.
Accounting & Taxation Manager
Key Responsibilities
  • Verify accuracy, completeness and consistency of accounting information received
  • Preparation of vouchers and recording accounting entries with applicable tax compliance s. (WHT, GST etc.)
  • Preparation of payment instructions including electronic payments
  • Preparation and maintenance of fixed assets register
  • Assist in reconcile accounts, balances ledgers, preparing bank statements and journal vouchers etc.
  • Prepare draft responses to client questions for approval prior to communicating with client.
  • Working Knowledge of TDS, GST, advance tax etc.
